We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial BillSlash subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Add-ons & usage-based fees
One-time purchases, add-ons (including the Enterprise Automation Add-on), API overage, and usage-based fees are non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@billslash.app from the email on your account, or use the in-app chat. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
About AI-generated scripts & savings outcomes
AI-generated call scripts and savings suggestions are a starting point. Outcomes depend on the provider you call, your account history, and how the conversation unfolds. The 30-day guarantee covers the subscription only — we do not guarantee any specific savings amount and do not offer outcome-based refunds.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we typically resolve issues faster than your bank can. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection costs.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days. By starting to use the Service immediately, you consent to provision of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights.
