The Service, including all dashboards, scripts, summaries, calculators, tax tools, exports, and recommendations, is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, judgment, or services tailored to your specific situation.

2. No guarantee of savings, negotiation success, or outcomes

No savings, refunds, negotiation success, or specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on your provider, account history, and many other factors outside our control.

Savings figures, ranges, averages, testimonials, and example outcomes shown in marketing, the dashboard, or AI Output are illustrative only and not a promise of results. Your results will vary based on the provider, your account, tenure, region, and negotiation execution.

3. AI-generated content — possible errors, omissions & hallucinations

BillSlash uses third-party AI models to generate call scripts, summaries, categorizations, tax notes, and suggestions ("AI Output"). AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, out of date, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"). Do not rely on AI Output without independent verification. You alone are responsible for any action taken — including statements made on a call, decisions to cancel a service, or numbers used on a tax return.

BillSlash is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparer, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, financial planner, credit-repair organization, debt-relief agency, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified, licensed professional (attorney, CPA, financial adviser) before acting on anything you see in the Service.

5. No attorney-client or advisor relationship

Use of BillSlash does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisor-client, or other professional relationship between you and BillSlash, its employees, or its contractors. Communications with our support team are not privileged.

6. Tax disclaimer — estimates only

Any tax-related categorization, deduction estimate, schedule, summary, or export is an estimate provided for organization only. It is not a tax return, not tax advice, and not a substitute for filing through a qualified preparer. Tax law changes frequently and outcomes depend on your individual facts. Always have a CPA or enrolled agent review before filing.

7. User responsibility for data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of all data you enter, upload, scan, import, or connect to the Service. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate outputs. We are not responsible for losses resulting from data you provided incorrectly or failed to update.

8. Bank connections & third-party services

Bank-account connections are powered by Plaid Inc. and governed by their terms and privacy policy. Integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Slack, Google, Apple, and other third parties are subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillSlash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or AI Output. During tax season (January through April), BillSlash may display additional reminders that any tax-related exports and categorizations are organizational aids only — not tax filings, returns, or professional tax advice. Always review with a qualified tax professional before filing.
