Our position
BillSlash does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Your California rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — already the default for all users.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.
Submit a request
Email privacy@billslash.app with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and include:
- The right you want to exercise.
- The email address on your BillSlash account (for identity verification).
- If you are using an authorized agent, signed authorization.
We respond within 45 days as required by law (extendable once by 45 days with notice).
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor browser-based GPC signals as a valid opt-out for the device or browser that sends them.
