Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. By using BillSlash you agree not to do, attempt, or facilitate any of the following:
1. Prohibited conduct
- Connect a financial account you are not legally authorized to access.
- Use the service to commit fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal activity.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or train AI models on the service, except where law expressly permits.
- Interfere with other users' access (DoS, credential stuffing, rate-limit evasion).
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates privacy laws.
2. Reporting abuse
Report abuse, fraud, or vulnerabilities to security@billslash.app. Coordinated disclosure terms are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice, and may report illegal activity to law enforcement. We may preserve and disclose information as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
