Electronic Communications Consent

1. Your consent
By creating a BillSlash account you consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, and records ("Communications") from BillSlash and its service providers (including Plaid and Stripe) electronically, including via email to the address on file and in-app notifications.
2. Communications covered
- Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any updates.
- Account confirmations, security alerts, MFA codes.
- Billing receipts, subscription changes, refund notices.
- Required legal and regulatory disclosures.
- Plaid / Stripe disclosures we deliver on their behalf.
3. Hardware and software requirements
- A current-version web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with TLS 1.2+.
- An active email account capable of receiving HTML email.
- A PDF reader for downloaded documents.
- Sufficient storage to retain electronic records, or the ability to print them.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@billslash.app. Because BillSlash is delivered exclusively as an online service, withdrawing consent will require us to close your account. No fee is charged for withdrawal.
5. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by writing to privacy@billslash.app. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper delivery, which we will disclose before processing.
6. Keeping your contact information current
You are responsible for keeping your email and phone number current in Settings. Communications sent to the address on file are deemed delivered.
